Trail runners meet up at Delamere
Two Cuddington locals, inspired by the recent good weather and a love of running off-road, have got together to create the Delamere Spartans.
"Recently we've been doing a few events such as Hellrunner and really enjoyed the atmosphere. We thought it would be great if we could regularly meet up with like minded people for some trail running action followed by a quick beer!" say James.
The meet up promises to be a tough run, taking in Old Pale and some of the forest single track, but given amount of people that run in the forest, it should prove to be popular.
